About José Páez
José Páez was a Filipino civil engineer and politician. He was the first Filipino general manager of the Manila Railroad Company from 1922 to 1924. He later served as councilor of Quezon City from 1939 to 1942. Lastly, he served as Secretary of Public Works and Communications from August 8, 1944 to 1945.
