Jose Puyat Jr. is a Filipino politician. He represented Surigao del Sur at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from December 30, 1969 to September 23, 1972, when he was removed from office after imposition of martial law. He later represented Region XI at the Interim Batasang Pambansa from June 12, 1978 to June 5, 1984.
