- Kaufman, Joseph Ka4.2469, * c.1877, + [in infancy? Joseph's birth is recorded in KaJo 12 (no date). His older brother was born in Tremont, IL. 24 Nov. 1875 and his younger sister at Halstead, KS. 6 Dec. 1879. There is no record of his deatth but it is presumed that he died very young. He may be buried in CeHf. (or in Halstead KS.) as his parents (Joseph N Kaufman Ka3.246 (formerly Ka3.346) and Barbara Graber Gr3.572) arrived at Halstead, Kansas in 1876 and lived there for a short time before moving to Moundridge and joining Hoff.
