Joseph Wartensleben

It was impossible, to find out the right birthdays of the siblings Joseph and Lisette Wartensleben. Joseph 13.February1864 and Lisette 1.April 1864. Lagis wrote that Lisette was born as the second child of the family and Ober-Ramstadt wrote that Joseph was born as the third one.
So all we know is that Lisette was born before Joseph but what does that mean?
