In his will written 10 October 1745 (proved 25 January 1747), Joshua Woodman bequeathed to dearly beloved wife Jane all the movable estate and one-third of his two lots of land to be hers forever. The remaining two-thirds of the lots goes to daughter Jane, but if Jane dies before age twenty-one, then this is to the estate of cousin Nathan Osgood.[5]
