5/24/1930 HAWKINS, WIFE RITES DELAYED (Saturday) Bodies of Couple Killed In Crash to Arrive in City Tuesday. Funeral services for W.P. Hawkins, peace justice, and Mrs. Hawkins, who died from injuries received in an automobile crash near Colorado Springs, Colo., Thursday, probably will not be held until the last of next week. Information received by the Street & Draper funeral home, 920 North Robinson avenue, indicated the bodies will be returned to the city about Tuesday. Nancy Cora Price, Hawkins's granddaughter, is not expected to return for some time. She is in a serious condition in Colorado Springs as a result of the accident. Maud Price, mother of the injured girl and her husband were to arrive in Colorado Springs Friday night.
