About Jules Mann-Stewart
Jules Mann, originally from Australia, is a script supervisor with over 30 years of experience in the entertainment business, from big budget studio films to award-winning television shows. She is the mother of actress Kristen Stewart who is best known for her role as Bella Swan in Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series.
In the late '70's Mann trained in London under the apprenticeship program as a script supervisor, then returned to From there she moved to an executive position with Consolidated Film Industries (CFI) as a post-production supervisor. Tempted by a handful of directors, she left her desk job to return to the set as a script supervisor. It is here that she became a respected fixture in the motion picture business, working with professionals like David Lynch, Micky Moore and Brian Levant. She began working as a ghostwriter in 1989 and has recently been recognized as a screenwriter/director in her own right, with her edgy story K-11 currently in pre-production starring her daughter Kristen Stewart, Nikki Reed and Jason Mewes.
