ANSUR Díaz, son of conde DIEGO Fernández de Saldaña & his wife Marina --- (-after 29 Sep 1047). “...Fernando Didaz comes...Ansur Didaz, Gomez Didaz...” subscribed the charter dated 17 Feb 1035 under which King Vermudo III recognised the church of Palencia and made donations[904]. "Fernando Didaz comes…Assur Diaz, Gomez Didaz" subscribed the charter dated 1036 under which Vermudo III King of León donated property[905]. “...comite Fredinando Didaz, Asurz Didaz” witnessed the charter dated 24 May 1038 under which Fernando I King of Castile granted “castellum...Vierbele” to “Garcia Eneconis”[906]. Conde [Apr/Oct] 1042. "Assur Diaz et uxor mea Iusta" donated property in León to León Cathedral by charter dated 29 Sep 1047[907].

m [fourthly] JUSTA Fernández, daughter of [conde FERNANDO Flaínez & his wife Elvira Peláez] (-after 29 Mar 1085). "Assur Diaz et uxor mea Iusta" donated property in León to León Cathedral by charter dated 29 Sep 1047[911]. "Iusta comitissa...cum filio meo Diaco Assuriz" donated “in villa...Uilla Alba nostram portionem...[et] in Carapipas” to Sahagún by charter dated 1065[912]. "Iuxta dicta comitissa" donated "quintam partem meam portionem…in litore fluminis Orbensis…in territorie Humanie…in Sena" to León Cathedral by charter dated 19 Feb 1071[913]. “Pelagio Moniz” donated "ereditate que abemus in Uerdiaio de abibus nostris et de parentibus nostris" to the monastery of San Martín and San Miguel in Pereda and “ad illa comitissa domna Iusta, monacos et sorores” by charter dated 26 Apr 1072[914]. Towards the end of her life, Justa lived at Cluny: the abbot of Cluny and his community including "comitissa de terra Spanensi...Iusta", who declared that she left “in patrio sua nec filios nec filias”, sold property of “propinquus suus aut de viri sui qui comite Ansur Didaz” to “filius [suus] alia uxori...comite domno Petro...et uxore vestre comitissa domna Eilo” by charter dated 29 Mar 1085[915].

Ansur & his [fourth] wife had one child:
