K.Thankamma

Born in 1904, as the daughter of Narayanan Potti & Kalyani Amma,  at Alapuzha.& 2nd wife of Aundy Pillai. Passed matriculation examination ( E.S.L.C ) of Madras educational board, under the then Madras Presidency.  Those days, the medium of instruction was English because, India was under British rule.Studied in S.D.V.Sala, Alapuzha . Only son - A. A. Swamy. Died at Alapuzha, in 1956---due 2 acute Bronchitis.---at the age of 52.. Was proficient in Malayalam, Tamil, Thulu & English. Stiching embroidery & cooking were the hobbies.
