Kalman Kalonymos Schwartz

Kalman appears to have gone alternatively by the surnames Schwartzkopf and Schwartz, as do some of his descendants.

For example, Kalman Schwarzkopf and "Debora" had a son named Elias in 1854. If you look at the birth record (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS87-99D5-R), the witness to the birth was "Reinitz Natan", written in Hebrew as "the Rabbi Natan from Mada" (i.e., Debora Reinitz's father, Rabbi Nathan Feitel Reinitz of Mád). That strongly suggests that this "Debora" is the same Debora Reinitz married to Kalman Schwartz. Elias' marriage record (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-L9KG-LRZG) uses the name "Svarcz" and lists his mother's maiden name as "Reinitz".

All of Kalman's other children with Debora were born using the name Schwartz.

However, Kalman's daughter Borbala (born with the name Schwartz), later had her surname written as Schwartzkopf on the birth records of her children with Meir Frankel, though at least one of those children (Heinrich/Chaim) listed Borbala's surname as Schwartz on his marriage record.
