Katie Monatoboy
Funeral for Katie Monatoboy, 81, of 909 Roosevelt, who died early today in a local hospital after a lengthy illness, will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in the Comanche Reformed Church with Rev. John Pahdocony, Methodist minister, and Rev. Herman Van Galen, pastor, officiating. There will be a prayrer service at 7:30 p.m. today in the Becker Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Little Washita Cemetery east of Fletcher.
Mrs. Monatoboy was born Jan. 15, 1895 near Fletcher. She was a lifelong area resident. She was a member of the Comanche Reformed Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Bertha Monetathchi of 909 Roosevelt, a son, Vernon Parker of 1610 S. 6th; a step-sister, Mrs. Pearl (Watchcoddy) Romero of Cyril; a brother, Frank of Elgin; nine grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
