Kempen Higgo (1932 - 2012)
Brief overview:
Kempen (80), a well-known Clocolan cherry farmer died in a Durban hospital, on 2nd of August, after a two-week battle to save his life due to an attack by an assailant who hit him in the head with a brick, which caused bleeding on the brain. On the 23rd of July 2012 he walked from his vacation apartment in the Peace Haven apartment complex in Scottburgh, across the road to the fish and chip shop when he was attacked. The robber fled with his wallet.
