Sick in hospital at Chattanooga 28 Sep 1863; sick at Nashville, Tennessee, since 8 Oct 1863. Sick at Dalton 22 Feb 1864. Mustered out with E Company in Chattanooga, Tennessee, 20 Dec 1864.
