- 1933 surm / death - according to the announcement in the American Estonians' magazine "Meie Tee" in 1934, Kristjan Moro died on 4. august 1933 due to complications after a surgery of his appendix. He wrote a rather critical article / letter about his life in the commune Koit in 1932. In that article he also mentioned, that he finally was given a two moths holiday, what he spent partly in a Finnish commune, close to Leningrad with much cooler climate. He enjoyed the Finnish sauna and cheaper food there. He had to return earlier to Koit, because he was blamed of being staling 30 pigs (what he didn't). At the end of the letter he also wrote, that he has to go to a hospital because of his appendix's problems and that most soviet people die in it. The letter was also published in the magazine, together with his death announcement. The announcement was made by his wife, two brothers and relatives in Eckville and Peace River, Alberta and also in other places in Canada and Estonia.
