On the birth record for son Salomon, Löbl's name is given as LOWI and Pauline's name is Böhm. The marriage registry does not give the names of Löwi's or Pauline's parents. In the 1818 marriage record of his son Salamon, Löbl [the Elder]'s occupation is listed as "Wien-Schanker."

{Note that Löbl the Elder, b. 1770, had a brother Salomon [the Elder], and that person had a son Löbl who was called the Younger. Löbl the Younger is called Leopold Strakosch in later records.

Löbl "The Elder," b. 1770 died Sept. 10, 1841 at 71, in Bučovice Haus #12 (Czech Jewish Registers, Bučovice Deaths, Image 33 of 55).

=======================================================================================

Two elderly relatives lived in Löbl's Haus #12: Theresia Strakosch and Isak Strakosch. In 1817 Theresia Strakosch gattin v. Isak Strakosch died at 88 (b. 1729). In 1830 Isak Strakosch, familiant, died at 100 (b. 1730) {both in Czech Jewish Registers, Bučovice Deaths, Images 20, 25 of 55}.

In 1787, a 4-year-old, Adolf Strakosch, died at Haus #12, called "son of Isak Strakosch." In 1792, Isak Strakosch, 71, died at Haus #10, Bučovice. On the line above is the death of Júdit Strakoschin, Witwe, d. 1792 at age 62, Haus #12.

Israel Strakosch was the witness in 1796 on the birth of Löbl, the son of "Salomon the Elder", who is mentioned above. This Löbl was called "the Younger." Löbl the Younger married Julia Schwarz and they had many children in Bučovice.

It appears Löbl "The Elder" travelled around: he appears in Uhersky Ostroh marriages (Image #12/113; 1784-1830) witnessing a marriage there (see in MEDIA).
