Lady Victoria Alexandrina Wynn-Carington was born HM Queen Victoria stood sponsor in person on 7 December 1892.

She married, firstly, Lieutenant Nigel Walter Legge-Bourke, son of Hon. Sir Henry Charles Legge and Amy Gwendoline Lambart, on 3 June 1913.

She married, secondly, Major Hon. Edric Alfred Cecil Weld Forester, son of Cecil Theodore Weld Forester, 5th Baron Forester of Willey Park and Emma Georgina Dixie, on 10 April 1916.

She died on 28 March 1966 at age 73.

She was the daughter of Sir Charles Robert Wynn-Carington, 1st and last Marquess of Lincolnshire and Hon. Cecilia Margaret Harbord.

She was baptised with the name of Victoria Alexandrina Carington.

From 3 June 1913, her married name became Legge-Bourke. From 10 April 1916, her married name became Weld Forester. She held the office of Woman of the Bedchamber to HM Queen Mary between 1930 and 1937.

She held the office of Extra Woman of the Bedchamber to HM Queen Mary between 1937 and 1953.
