MOTHER OF LOCAL MEN DIES IN STAR CITY
Mrs. Laura Belle Belcher, 63, mother of Clyde Belcher of 615 Eighteenth street and Orla Belcher of 1730 Smead street, city, died unexpectedly at 6 o'clock Friday morning at her home east of Star City.
She was born Aug. 23, 1888, in Star City where she had spent her entire lifetime. On Dec. 3, 1905, she was married to Curtis Belcher, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are four children, Mrs. Orville Crim of Winamac, Mrs. Richard Link of Star City, Clyde and Orla Belcher of Logansport.
The body was removed to the Kennedy funeral home in Winamac. Final rites are pending.

SET FINAL RITES FOR MRS. LAURA BELCHER
WINAMAC, Ind.—Final rites for Mrs. Laura Belle Belcher, 63, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the residence, east of Star City, with the Rev. Truman Carter officiating.
The body has been returned to the residence from the Kennedy funeral home. Burial will be in the Odd Fellows cemetery In Star City.
