Philip married Frances (Fanny) Nall and they had eleven children. Their

four sons were Jacob, John, William Nall, and George. Their seven

daughters were Margaret, Nancy, Fanny, Abenida, Polly, Eliza, and

Matilda. They moved to Grainger County, Tennessee, about 1799. Philip

is buried in Bledsoe County, Tennessee. At least four of the children

moved on to Texas and are buried there. One of the children is buried in

Warren County, Tennessee.
