Lethea Belle Morrell

When Lethia Bell Payne was born on December 14, 1863, in Fulton, Illinois, her father, Alexander, was 46 and her mother, Juliette, was 42. She married Franklin Lampton and they had three sons and four daughters together between 1885 and 1908. She then married Frank Hughes Morrell in 1925. She died on July 5, 1941, in Monmouth, Illinois, at the age of 77.
