Bequeaths to:
1. Rachel Powell --wife
-plantation whereon I now live along w/ all Negroes and all personal estate for her natural life or widowhood.
-liberty in the marsh at Marumsco Creek called "Cow Quarter"
-testator desires that she does not fly to her thirds but abides by the will
-named executrix
2. Levi Powell --son
-dwelling plantation whereon I now live after widow's decease or remarriage
-hand mill, plows, harrows, feather bed & furn., pewter ware
-Negro woman "Moll"
-livestock
3. Levin Powell --son
-parcel of marsh called "Cow Quarter" on Marumsco Creek"
-Negroes "Gideon" and "Hannah"
-remaining part of personal estate not already disposed of
4. Leah Maddux --daughter
-Negro woman "Sarah" w/ increase
-one shilling sterling in full her claim on the rest of the estate
