Moses was a Lieutenent in the Revolutionary War. After the War, he became a Lawyer. After Rachael Thompson Hilton died, he married on 22 Mar 1781 Dorcas Greenleaf, and then wife #3 Mrs. Ruth Gray Young. Moses was 92 + when he died some records state he died in Wiscasset, Lincoln Co., Maine, and others Anson, Somerset Co., Maine. His children were born in Pownalborough, His wife Rachael Thompson was born in Wiscasset. His son Morrill (Moral) died in Wiscasset, and so did his son Aaron. Aaron's children were all born in Wiscasset, and it is possible that Moses lived with one of his children (either Morrill or Aaron ) in his final years.
