Lillie Anna Troup

Lillie Anna Troup, 88, of Pillow, died February 11, 2015, at the Kepler Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation, Elizabethville. She was born in Dalmatia on November 11, 1926, a daughter of the late Katie and William Phillips. She was the wife of Walter Troup, who preceded her in death in 1974. She was a member of Zion Stone Valley Church, Dalmatia. Lillie is survived by her daughter, Dorothy and husband Ronald Thumma of Halifax; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, and one sister. Funeral ceremony was held Monday, Feb. 16, at the James A. Reed Funeral Home, Pillow, with Rev. Curtis Zemencik, officiating. Interment was in the Stone Valley Cemetery, Dalmatia. James A. Reed Funeral Home, Pillow had charge of the arrangements.
