About Liza Kamenetsky
Although she was the youngest of her five siblings she maintained close family relationships and acted as a leader and proponent of the Kamenetsky family often doing research and correspondence with brothers, sisters, uncles, nephews, etc.
Family members who visited from Moscow always stopped by at her apartment in Minsk.
While having no kids of her own, she really loved her nephews Lev and Benjamin often saying that Lev had "hands of gold" and Benjamin "mind of gold".
Was an ardent Communist and even wrote a letter to the KGB to inquire about her sister Dora's imprisonment. She truly believed it was a mistake and that it could have been resolved easily.
Died young from stroke.
