Lizzie W. Weaver, 76, of 718 Walnut St., Denver, died Wednesday morning at Ephrata Community Hospital after a brief illness. Mrs. Weaver last worked in Nye's Cafeteria at Green Dragon Farmers Market for five years. Prior to that she worked at the former Hemmerich Industries of Denver. A member of Harvest Fellowship Church, Stevens, she was a Sunday school treasurer for 20 years. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, cooking and baking. Born in New Holland, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Mabel Wenger Nolt. She was married 56 years to the Rev. Adam H. Weaver. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daugthers(sic), Verna N., married to Leon W. Stauffer of Denver, Esther Mae, married to P. Eugene Martin of Ephrata, and Shirley I., married to Clifford S. Keener of Mount Joy; two sons, Eugene N., married to Clara M. Esch Weaver of Stevens, and Harold N., married to Patricia A. Brumbach Weaver of Ephrata; 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
