Louisa Ulrikasdotter Kangas

Loviisa was born as an illegitimate child (out of wedlock) and was thus called Lovisa Ulrikasdotter. Her mother married Isaac Eriksson and after that Lovisa has been known as Lovisa Isaacsdotter. Erik might have been her father but there is no evidence of any kind.

She immigrated into the United States with her children in 1893 (her husband Erkki had already immigrated in 1888). They were granted passport nr 2556 for America on 27 May 1893.

Loviisa lived widowed with the family of her son Esa Kangas at Rice River, Aitkin, MN in 1930.
