A Patriot of the American Revolution for CONNECTICUT with the rank of LIEUTENANT. DAR Ancestor # A110891
Jabez Stow, (1716-85), was captured at Fort Griswold, 1781, carried to New York, where he suffered great hardship. He was born in Saybrook, Conn., where he died. The National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution Volume 97 page 95.
