- Lucy married Henry Fisher on 9 Nov 1875. They had two children, Clara B. and Charles H.
- Lucy E. was the daughter of Abner and Phoebe F. King) Bushman of East Mendon, NY.
- Lucy's father, Abner Bushman, born in Monroe county November 28, 1801, was a school teacher, farmer, and also justice of the peace for twenty years.
He married twice, first to Jane Ely, and they had one daughter, Mrs. Bentley Corby, of Pittsford.
On April 14, 1849, he married second Phoebe F. King of Brighton, Monroe county, and they had seven children, three died in infancy, four survive: Hanford E.; Lucy E.; Clara M.; and Julia who died at the age of eight years.
A branch of Lucy's family named Hopkins dates back to the Mayflower.
