According to Hannah's obituary they cme directly to Genesoe, IL. It also stated that a brother, Christina Wieneke of Geneseo survived her. The records of Concordia Lutheran Church, Geneseoa, IL listed Christian's wife as Dora or Dorothea Muller. The records at Concordia Lutheran Chrurch list Ludwig Hillmer's anme as Franz Ludwig Hillmer. At the Henry County Court house in Cambridge, IL the records show tha tLouis Hillmer (Ludwig) became a citizen in October 10, 1865. Census records in 1870 bshowed the family living in Atkinson Township, Henry County, and Ludwig as a farmer. Census records in 1880 Showed the family living in Geneseo and had Hanna at the home of her youngest daughter, Emma (Mrs. David Neuleib) in Edford Township. It thstat ethat Hannah had 10 children and 7 were living. Also it says that Hannah could read, but not write english.
Ludwig and Hannah are buried in North Cemetery , Henry County, Il in graves 8 and 7, respectively, block 38, lot 94
