Mrs. Magdelena Weaver, mother of Mrs. David Ferrer, south of Orrville, died at the residence of David Ferrer on Sunday, the 24th inst. Mrs. Weaver was an old resident of Wayne county, having lived near Wooster for many years. She was born in 1905 and had she lived till the 20th of next May she would have been 90 years old. The remains were interred in the family graveyard on the Weaver farm yesterday. [Wayne County Democrat, 27 Mar 1895, p. 3 col. 7]
