Magiel "Giel" Lourens (1934 - 2014)

Brief overview:

Giel (80), was stabbed multiple times, with a fatal blow to his throat, after perpetrators gained entry to his home in Lewisham, Krugersdorp, on 19th April 2014. His Granddaughter, Yolandi Grenfell, said it was the third burglary in the home in one year, where her grandfather and grandmother, Siena Lourens (73), had lived for 50 years. Several items had previously been stolen from their garage.
