She was born about 1210 in La Marche, Poictou, France. [2]

She was the daughter of Raoul I of Lusignan, Comte d'Eu by his marriage to his second wife Alix d'Eu, 8th Comtesse d'Eu and 4th Lady of Hastings. [2] [3]

Marriages

Maud married Humphrey de Bohun, 2nd Earl of Hereford and 1st Earl of Essex, and hereditary Constable of England. [3] They had four sons and four daughters. [3]

Death and Burial

She died 14 August 1241. [3]

She was buried in Llanthony Priory, Llanthony, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England. [3]

Maud d'Eu was daughter of Raoul d'Exoudun, 7th Comte d'Eu and Alice d'Eu, Comtesse d'Eu. She married Humphrey de Bohun, 2nd Earl of Hereford, son of Henry de Bohun , 1st Earl of Hereford and Matilda FitzPiers.2 She died on 14 August 1241.2

Her married name became Bohun.2
