Major Charles LEE Jr., 2nd. son of Charles and Elizabeth ( MEDSTAND/ MEDSTEAD ) LEE Sr., settled on family land in North'ld. Co., married in Lancaster Co. Nov. 1721 Elizabeth, daughter of Thomas PINCKARD/PINKARD. Charles Jr. died about 1735-6, Elizabeth married again to a BRENT, North'ld. records show that on 11 May 1741 his estate was appraised and divided, half went to Mrs. Elizabeth BRENT, guardian to Elizabeth, Margaret, and Ann LEE, and other half to Mr. Charles LEE. Major Charles and Elizabeth LEE Jr. had ( from old family Bible ); Charles III b. 1722, Elizabeth b. 1724, Margaret b. 1726, Ann b. 1728, Lucy b. 1730 and Judith b. 1732. Elizabeth LEE, born 3 Apr. 1724, died unmarried will dated 13 Oct. 1775 and probated Northumberland Co. 13 Dec. 1784, mentions her nephew Charles LEE ( IV, son Charles LEE III and 1st. wife Mary, daughter of Richard LEE and Judith STEPTOE of the Ditchley Line, North'ld. ) and his son Charles LEE Jr. ( V ); also Jane SWAN, Ann TAYLOR niece, Charles son of John LELAND and Richard Evers LEE. The Ann TAYLOR mention was probably the daughter of Ann LEE, b. 1728 above, who married 30 Sept. 1743 Isaac TAYLOR in Norhtumberland, they also had a Elizabeth Lee TAYLOR.
