Malvina Minerva Joy

Malvina M. Bryson Joy, the daughter of John Fielding and Elizabeth Sparger Bryson was born 16 April 1829 in Sumner Co., TN. She married Stephen Decatur Joy about 1850 in Iowa. They left Benton County, Iowa and traveled to Rice Co., KS in 1878 and lived there until after the death of her husband, Stephen in 1886. They returned to Benton County, where she lived until she died 3 Feb 1890 in Vinton and is buried in the Urbana Cemetery.
