About Manuel Sityar
Manuel Sityar was a half-Spanish Director of Academía Militar de Malolos. A former captain in the Spanish colonial army, he defected to the Filipino side.
NOTE: It is unclear if he died on December 2, 1927 at his home at 16 Hipodromo St., Santa Mesa, Manila due to chronic nephritis, and was buried the following day at Manila North Cemetery.
