Brief Life History of Margaret Knobel (nee Rupp)
Margaret Rupp was born on 27 February 1828, in Alsace-Lorraine, Germany as the daughter of Frederick Rupp and Margaret. She married Johann 'John' Henry Knobel in about 1852, in the United States. They were the parents of at least 7 sons and 2 daughters. She died on 18 November 1901, in Syracuse, Onondaga, New York, United States, at the age of 73, and was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Syracuse, Onondaga, New York, United States.
