About Margaret Anne S Parker
Margaret's father, Henry has his death published with that of his 15 year old daughter in "The Sydney Morning Herald" of Monday 18 February 1850:
"DIED...At Mr. Gilbert Elliott's station, New Eng land, on his way to Port Macquarie, Mr. Henry H. Parker, in September, 1849, in the forty-fifth year of his age. Also, at Rosewood, Port Macquarie, February 1, 1850, Margaret Anne, second daughter to the above, and granddaughter to the Rev. John Cross, Chaplain of that district, in the fifteenth year of her age, whose amiable and affectionate disposition endeared her to all around her."
