19 August 1606: Charter by John Traill of Blebo with consent of William Fernie of that ilk, at whose instance he had been interdicted, to John Traill younger, his eldest son and heir apparent, and Margaret Schisholme, sister of James Schisholme of Cromlix, now spouse of said John Traill younger, of the lands of Ovirmagask to be held of David Kynnynmonth of Craighall as superior under a reddendo of services used and wont and common suit annually to the courts of Kynnynmonth, in implement of a marriage contract [updated] between John Traill of Blebo with consent of William Fernie, and John Traill younger on the one part, and James Schisholme of Cromlix and Margaret, his sister, on the other part.
