Under this will she was to keep daughter, Susan in meat and drink for eight years, occupy messuage and lands for eight years, pay son John £4 per annum until son Robert inherits messuage and lands. At this time she was to have a parlour, bedroom etc. and £4 per annum during her widowhood. If Susan was to die before her, then she would have only £2 per annum. After 8 years she was to continue to enjoy her accommodation until death provided that she remained a widow.
