Marguerite Mary Boundy

KNOXVILLE, IL - Marguerite Mary Boundy, 83, of 1051 Blaze Road, formerly of Harmony Street in East Peoria, died at 2:35 p.m. Saturday, April 3, 1999, at Galesburg Cottage Hospital in Galesburg, IL.

Born Feb. 29, 1916, in Peoria to John J. and Johanna Dunn Tully, she married Donald A. Boundy on April 18, 1936. He survives.

Also surviving are two sons, Jack of Tremont and Don of East Peoria; one brother, Mike Tully of Knoxville; two sisters, Cel Seifert of Houston and Annamil Zabko of Las Vegas; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

One sister, one brother and one grandchild preceded her in death.

She worked at Fleming-Potter in Peoria before her marriage. She later assisted her husband in farming near Knoxville since 1972. She attended St. Monica's Catholic Church in East Peoria and Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Galesburg.

She was a member of the Egyptian Neighborhood Club in Knoxville.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Monica's Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria and one hour before services at the church. Burial will be in Fondulac Cemetery in East Peoria.

Memorials may be made to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation or to any charity.
