Marguerite was born around 1673 in Port Royal, Acadia, daughter of Fran%C3%A7ois Bourg and Marguerite Boudreau. ≤ref name=DGFA>White, Stephen A., Patrice Gallant, and Hector-J Hébert. She was one of three girls, and there were also two boys.
