

Born April 28, 1924 to Ivan and Marguerite Terrell. Passed May 10, 2018 at Brown VA in Dayton.
Jean served in the Woman's Air Service Pilots (WASP) in WWII and along with 1160 fellow WASP, she received the Congressional Gold Medal in 2010. She graduated from Troy High School worked as a Draftsman for the Waco Airplane factory until her acceptance into the WASP.
After her service, she married Earl H. Moreo and settled in Troy and then Vandalia to raise a family of 10 children. She married Jack McCreery in 1990 and lived in Marietta Ohio.
She worked many jobs including mail carrier, bus driver, abstracter, mapper, and custodial engineer for various cemeteries.
She is survived by her children and their spouses; Martha Fischer, Earl Moreo III, William Moreo, Emily Friend, Mary Farrell, Weezie Bowser, Joe Moreo, Matt Moreo, Maude Clemons, and Robert Moreo. She had 23 grandchildren and 19 greatgrandchildren.
