"Mary/Maria Margaret House may have been the half-sister of Felta Bunger, whose will was executed in Greenbrier Co, Virginia (now West Virginia) on March 3, 1806. Felta Bunger had lived in Culpepper County prior to that. There is record showing he was born about 1740."
"There is a small possibility that Valentine Bunger of Culpepper County, Virginia and Maria Jaeckler were full siblings. If so, Maria may have been the widow of a man named Jaeckler before she married Matthias House. Or they may have been half-siblings, sharing their mother."
"A few other sources have her maiden name as Kintner. There were Kintner familes in Culpepper County, and Matthias House seemed to be associated with them."
