About Mariano Donato Muñoz
Established the newspaper El Telégrafo in July 1850.
1859 he participated in a rebellious raid into Bolivia, from exile in Peru, seeking to restore General Belzu to power.
Was the godfather of MODESTA ESTHER TABORGA CAMPUZANO, daughter of Jose Raimundo Taborga y Pizarro and Doña Francisca Campuzano. Nació en Sucre, el 3 de Noviembre de 1861. Se bautizó en la Capilla de San Miguel el 6 de Noviembre del mismo año.
Simultaneously occupied the posts of Minister of Government, Minister of Foreign Relations, and Minister of Justice during the regime of President Melgarejo, from December 29, 1864 to January 15th, 1871.
