  Mrs. Martha Eichman TREMPEALEAU, Wis. - Mrs. Martha Eichman, 79, died here Sunday at 6:50 p.m. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Edward Kramer. Mrs. Eichman had been ill several months.
  The former Martha Kulas, she was born June 8, 1881, in Poland, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Kulas, and came to the United States in 1893, living the rest of her life in Trempealeau county. She was married to Paul Eichman, who died in 1945. They farmed for many years near Centerville.
   Mrs. Eichman was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Pine Creek, The Holy Rosary Society, Gold Star Mothers and the American Legion Auxiliary.
  Survivors include 8 sons, Stanley and Sigmund, both of Milwaukee; Roman, Menomonie, Mich.; Mamert, Arcadia; Paul, Prosser, Wash., Ralph and John, both of Trempealeau, and Robert, Rochester, Minn.
  Eight daughters, Mrs. Dan (Jean) Literski, Trempealeau; Mrs. George (Grace) Toshner and Mrs. Harry (Blanche) Kulas, both of Milwaukee; Mrs. Emery (Leona) Chernetski, Menomonie, Mich.; Mrs. William (Mildred) Schwertal and Mrs. Edward (Ursula) Kramer, both of Trempealeau; Mrs. Roman (Anna) Kujak, Dodge and Mrs. Frank (Doris) Kujak, Winona; 72 grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. John (Anna) Heftman, Winona, and Sister Mary Anatolia, sisters of Saint Joseph, Stephens Point. One son died in infancy and another, Andrew was killed in 1944, fighting in World War II.
  Funeral services will be Wednesday at 9 a.m. at Watkowski Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, Pine Creek, the Rev. Augustine Sulik officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday after 2 p.m. Rosary will be said Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. Gold Star Mothers will meet at the funeral home Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
