Probably NOT the daughter of James Mumford and Elizabeth Banister, since they would have been born after her (1702)
Not the daughter of Robert Munford who was Mary Walker

Mary Ann Estes formerly Mumford
Mary Ann Mumford, born in Virginia in about 1702, appears to be t related to James Mumford and Elizabeth Bolling, as James Mumford's will leaves property to Mary Ann's son by Elisha Estes, Richard Estis.
16 Mar 1754, Amelia Co., VA - The will of James Munford (no middle name) says, “I give and bequeath to Richd. Estis son of Elisha Estis four hundred acres of land in one corner of a tract which was surveyd between Samuel Gordon and my self on the _?_ of (Senica ?) Creek in the County of Lunenburg to him and his heirs forever.” This is the only Estis/Estes child mentioned in his will.
If Mary Ann was born in 1702, either James Mumford was born at least 18 years earlier making his parentage in question, OR he is not her father. He could not be born after the marriage of James' listed parents in 1701 and father a child in 1702.
Mary Ann Mumford married Elisha Estes about 1724. They were the parents of the following children:
