Sep 23 1709. These are to Certifie whom it may concern ye Mr. Charles Beall and Mis. Mary Wolstead were by Virtue of a Lycense Granted in his Honor of Priesidents made by ajor Josias Wilson Joyned Together in Holy Matrimony at ye time & place above mentioned. [1]

1709 Marriage to Mary Walstead

23 Sept 1709 [17] [18] m. (1) Mary Walstead, b. ca 1675, d. ca 1710. [15]. She was widow of Joshua Walstead and made a return for her husband Joshua's estate in 1695 [19] FMMB and J. Ninian Beall believe marriage took place ca 1695. This is plausable, as Mary Walstead was a widow by that time, and fits the theory that son Ninian the elder, b. 1696, was their child, however the 1709 record would appear to negate their theory.

1710-1720

May 21 1711 named administrator for estate of his brother John [20] [15].

1712 Marriage to Mary Price
