Mary Ellis

According to this source, John and Mary Hill Ellis only had one child - Samuel Ellis. The rest of John Ellis' children were from his first marriage to Mary Herring Ellis.

Mary was born to John and Hannah Hill in Medfield on October 28, 1662[1]

Mary Hill married John Ellis, as his second wife, in Boston on April 7, 1698[2]

Mary and John had one child, Samuel, 1699 - 1769; he inherited his father's estate in Medway" [3]

Mary died in Medway on March 3, 1729[4]
