- ' Mary Mildmay was born circa 1582.3 She was the daughter of Sir Anthony Mildmay and Grace Sherington.1,2 She married Francis Fane, 1st Earl of Westmorland, son of Sir Thomas Fane and Mary Neville, Baroness le Despenser, circa 15 February 1598/99.4 She died on 9 April 1640.3
