Mary was born in Frederick County, Virginia in 1738. In the 1770s she moved to Yohogania County, VA which became Washington County, PA. In 1780 she moved with her husband to Kentucky. She is buried at Froman's Station which was founded by her husband Paul Froman in the 1780s on Froman Creek and Cox's Creek.
