She married James Johns(t)on about 1692. James Johnson was born about 1662. He resided at Corrowaugh, Isle Of Wight, Virginia. His parents have not been determined.

She is thought to be the daughter of Robert Johnson and Katherine Allen of Isle of Wight as evidenced by the following deed of gift: 4 Aug 1692, Isle of Wight Deed (Bk 1, p.49)
Robert JOHNSON, planter of Lower Parish Isle of Wight, to daughter Mary JOHNSON, wife of James JOHNSON, and her heirs… land on the north side of Corrowaugh Swamp beginning at BOOTHs land…Thomas HOWL?... Acknowledged in open court 9 Aug 1692 by Robert Johnson and his wife Katherine. [1]
"She was called "younger daughter Mary Johnson" in her father's will, her husband James Johnson was called "son" although it is his son-in-law'
Mary Johnson is included in her husband's will which was written 30 Jan 1745/6 and recorded 11 Jan 1747/8 (Bk 5, p.68-9).[3] It is believed that she died sometime after his will in Isle of Wight, Virginia.
